  1. Find a Property

Start by browsing our Properties Page to view current rental availability. Homes go quickly, so if you see one you love—don’t wait! New listings are added regularly, but we recommend acting fast to secure your spot.

2. Schedule a tour

Ready to take a look in person? Click the Contact Us button to schedule a tour at a time that works for all of us. Be sure to mention which property you're interested in so we can have everything ready for you!

3. Apply

Found the one? Before moving forward, be sure to review all property details and be ready with any applicable fees. Once you're ready, Contact Us to begin the application process.

4. Finalize Your Lease

Once all applications have been submitted, application fees and the security deposit are paid in full, and the lease has been signed by all leaseholders—the property will be marked as leased and no longer available.

5. Access Your Tenant Portal

Once you're all moved in, you can log in using your Tenant Portal password to manage everything in one place. Pay rent, view rental documents, and submit maintenance requests—all from your personalized portal.
